Stewed beef

Stewed beef

Introduction:

"It's more like home cooked beef stew."

Production steps:

Step 1: as shown in the picture, soak 500g beef in clean water for 15 minutes to remove the blood, add a spoonful of wine, a little black pepper, a little dried basil, and a spoonful of soy sauce to marinate for half an hour. In addition, prepare 10 small tomatoes (2-3 large ones) and 10 small carrots (2-3 normal ones)

Step 2: blanch carrot hob.

Step 3: cut the tomato into pieces and stir fry until the pulp comes out. Stir fried tomatoes will be more sour, used to directly stew tomatoes can be omitted this step.

Step 4: restart the oil pan, deep fry the sweet pepper, then take out the pepper, cut the dry pepper, garlic, ginger, scallion, stir fry until fragrant.

Step 5: pour in the beef and stir fry. After breaking the raw beef, add a little of the raw and old soy sauce and a large spoon of the bean paste and stir fry evenly.

Step 6: add the fried tomatoes, stir fry and add boiling water to cover the meat noodles. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, add a spoonful of oil (seal the liquid level, mainly to make the beef taste more delicate), turn the heat down and simmer for one hour (it can be reduced to half an hour as appropriate, I simmer more because I have nothing to do).

Step 7: skim off the oil on the surface (for health, reduce oil intake, ha ha), add blanched carrot, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Step 8: add the juice to the pot. This dish tastes sour and spicy, and tastes salty and fragrant. It's a good choice for both rice and noodles.
