Sliced chicken with mushrooms

Production steps:
Step 1: wash chicken breast to remove residual fat. (the picture shows the amount of two dishes, this dish only uses half)
Step 2: beat the chicken breast loose. (you can't miss this step. The chicken will be tender and tasty when you beat it loose.)
Step 3: slice the chicken diagonally.
Step 4: add pepper, cooking wine, half a teaspoon salt and proper amount of starch to chicken slices, stir and size, marinate for 20 minutes.

Note: when frying chicken slices, don't take too long. Add seasoning immediately after frying chicken slices. Stir quickly and evenly out of the pot. Chicken breast is easy to turn into firewood when frying for a long time.
