Oil free version of golden potato balls
Introduction:
"The last time I made baked mashed potatoes, my daughter didn't enjoy it. This time I changed the way. I fried them in an air frying pan without oil. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I think they are much less caloric than cheese, crispy and healthy."
Production steps:
Step 1: steam the potatoes and press them into mud. Add some salt and stir well
Step 2: dice bacon, peas, corn and cook
Step 3: stir fry the bacon
Step 4: add peas, corn and pepper
Step 5: add some salt
Step 6: mix well with mashed potatoes
Step 7: prepare egg liquid, flour and bread bran
Step 8: turn the potatoes into balls
Step 9: wrap flour, egg liquid and bread bran in turn
Step 10: put tin foil on the air frying pan basket and fry at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes

Cooked peas: 80g
Bacon: 2 slices
Salt: right amount
Pepper: right amount
Eggs: right amount
Flour: right amount
Bread bran: right amount
Note: mashed potatoes do ball when rub a bit tight
