Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Wash the spareribs and slice the ginger. 2. Pour a little water into the pot and bring to a boil. 3. After the water boils, pour the ginger and spareribs into the pot and blanch. 4. Take out the boiled spareribs and rinse them with cold water!

Step 3: 1. Soak kidney beans in advance for at least 3 hours. If it's too late, soak them in hot water. 2. Cut lotus root and corn into sections, and cut carrots into hobs.
