Baozi Stuffed with Red Bean Paste
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: add water, yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar into the flour to make a smooth dough
Step 2: cover with plastic wrap and ferment to twice the size in a warm place
Step 3: take out, knead and exhaust the air, and divide it into equal parts
Step 4: knead and relax each portion for 10 minutes
Step 5: roll all the small balls into thick skin in the middle and thin skin at the edge
Step 6: pack in the bean paste
Step 7: turn the closing down
Step 8: poke each one a little bit to form a high cylinder
