Production steps:
Step 1: peel the banana and grind it into mud. If you like cream, you can add cream in this step. But I don't have cream, so I didn't add it.
Step 2: add condensed milk and sugar to the banana puree.
Step 3: egg yolk and sugar, boiling in water, stirring constantly.
Step 4: add banana mashed egg sugar water into egg sugar water, stir well, add a few spoonfuls of milk powder, a little water starch (I use corn flour). Boil over high heat.
Step 5: freeze in the refrigerator. (if you want to taste better, stir every 1 hour, about 10 minutes, 3-4 times!)
Step 6: dig it out with a spoon and put it on the plate. Sprinkle with sugar needles, ready to eat.
Materials required:
Banana: 3
Yolk: one
White sugar condensed milk: appropriate amount
Sugar: right amount
