The detailed method of pickled cucumber
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and dry the cucumber (remember to dry it)
Step 2: split in the middle and dig out the seeds
Step 3: then cut into small pieces
Step 4: spread a layer of cucumber and sprinkle a layer of salt. After cutting all the cucumbers, marinate them for several hours, then pour out the water, and then press the weight on the cucumbers (I used a bucket of water, I forgot to shoot) for 12 hours to kill the water.
