"Wonton is a snack in the south of the Yangtze River. It is usually thin skinned with less meat, but qianlixiang wonton in Fujian is large, with the same skin and stuffing as dumplings. The big wonton with lots of stuffing and fresh soup has another taste. This is my own version of qianlixiang wonton. "
