Steamed hairtail with salted fish
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean the hairtail, marinate it with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes, wash and slice the bacon.
Step 2: rinse the hairtail with clean water, place it on a large plate, sprinkle with minced garlic and shredded ginger.
Step 3: put some sugar, salt, cooking wine, pepper, and put on the bacon.
Step 4: pour some steamed fish and soy sauce.
Step 5: add appropriate amount of refined oil and 2 spoons of Laoganma Douban chili sauce.
Step 6: Sprinkle with scallion.
Step 7: steam for about 15 minutes.
Step 8: 3 minutes, take out.

Note: 1. Because of the salted meat, the time of steaming fish is slightly longer than that of general steaming fish. 2. Without steamed fish soy sauce, you can use fresh soy sauce instead of old soy sauce.
