Production steps:
Step 1: 2 eggs.
Step 2: make good soybean sprouts.
Step 3: clean a handful of leeks and carrots.
Step 4: remove the root and bad parts of soybean sprouts.
Step 5: beat the eggs into the bowl and set aside.
Step 6: cut leeks into inch segments, carrots into shreds, onion and ginger slices.
Step 7: blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water and then remove the cold water.
Step 8: put the eggs into a hot oil pan and fry until done.

Step 11: stir fry the bean sprouts.
Step 12: add leeks and stir fry.
