Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: raw materials prepared

Step 2: stir pork into meat paste, cut tofu into pieces and blanch.

Step 3: hot pot cold oil, stir fried scallion, ginger.

Step 4: pour the meat sauce into the frying pan with cooking wine.

Step 5: add boiled tofu, Pixian bean paste, pepper powder, chicken essence, shake the pot, mix well, bring to a boil, sprinkle with water, starch, sprinkle with scallion.

Step 6: pour some sesame oil into the dish.

Materials required:

Tofu: right amount

Pork: moderate

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Pixian Douban sauce: right amount

Chives: right amount

Note: when pouring starch, don't use too much, just a thin layer. There is the use of bean paste can be salty, no salt.
