Fried pork chop with corn sauce
Introduction:
"The sauce of fried pork chop with corn has a strong smell of corn, which can offset the greasiness of pork chop."
Production steps:
Step 1: slice the pork and beat it loose with a meat hammer.
Step 2: mix cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper and pepper powder.
Step 3: marinate the spareribs with the sauce in step 2 for 20 minutes.
Step 4: put 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan, heat it up and fry the pork chops in step 3 over low heat. After one side is cooked, turn over the other side and fry for about 3 minutes.
Step 5: use the cooking machine to beat the cooked glutinous corn into juice.
Step 6: pour the juice and sweet corn in step 5 into the pot and bring to a boil until the sweet corn is cooked.
Step 7: finally, pour the cooked sauce on the pork chops.
Materials required:
Lean pork: 200g
Glutinous corn: small half bowl
Sweet corn: small half bowl
Sugar: right amount
Salt: right amount
White pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon
Raw soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Note: the glutinous corn kernels I used were cooked together when I cooked bone soup. If not, I can use all sweet corn kernels. With sweet corn kernels, add a little pepper, salt seasoning.
