Production steps:

Step 1: wash the fresh ferns and blanch them; tear up each fern and soak it in clean water for about three hours (change the water once or twice during the period).

Step 2: production of chopped yellow pepper sauce: cut ginger and garlic into rice and chopped yellow pepper; mix ginger, garlic, rice and chopped yellow pepper with appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate; pour hot oil on the mixed chopped yellow pepper sauce, and then mix well.

Step 3: take out the soaked fern, drain the water and cut it into sections for standby.
