"Hericium erinaceus is a traditional Chinese dish, which is tender, fragrant and delicious. It's one of the four famous dishes. Hericium erinaceus is smooth in nature and sweet in taste. It is beneficial to the five zang organs, helps digestion and nourishes the body. It can treat dyspepsia, gastric ulcer, sinusitis, stomachache, bloating and neurasthenia. But if it is mild neurasthenia patients, eating Hericium erinaceus is a better adjuvant treatment. Hericium erinaceus contains polysaccharides, polypeptides and fatty substances, which can inhibit the synthesis of genetic materials in cancer cells, so as to prevent and treat gastrointestinal cancer and other malignant tumors; it has the function of improving body immunity and delaying aging. This is my own red grilled Hericium erinaceus, I first use chicken soup to soak the Hericium and then braise with the pork, then seasoning and thicken, so that the hedgehog mushroom suck up the broth, and its flavor is more rich and fragrant.
