Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut the spareribs into 6 ~ 7cm long pieces, remove the white tendons and grease (500g) from the bones, and soak them in enough water to cover the spareribs for about 3 hours to remove the blood. Cut the ribs into pieces about 0.5cm wide, and cut them on the front and back.

Step 2: make seasonings and sauces. Make pine nut powder (6g). Marinate the steak with seasoning for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: put seasoning into the steak, stir and marinate evenly for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour.

Step 4: after smearing a little cooking oil on the iron branch, put on the steak and bake it for about 2 minutes before and after the fire. Spread seasoning on the steak, bake for about 1 minute, then sprinkle with pine nut powder. Take care not to burn

Materials required:

Steak: 660g

Edible oil: 13g (1tsp)

Onion juice: 15g (onion 50g)

Minced green onion: 14g (1tsp)

Mashed garlic: 8g (1 / 2)

Pine nut: 10g (1 tbsp)

Sake: 15g (1tsp)

Pear juice: 40g (pear 100g)

Soy sauce: 36g (2 tbsp)

Sugar: 12g (1 tbsp)

Honey: 9.5g (1 / 2 tbsp)

Pepper: 0.3g (1 / 8 TSP)

Sesame salt: 3G (1 / 2 tbsp)

Sesame oil: 13g (1tsp)

Note: when the fire is too small, the gravy will flow out, and the taste will become worse. It should be roasted at a temperature above medium fire. When roasting spareribs, the roasting time can be adjusted according to the thickness of the spareribs.
