Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: knead and wash the black beans gently, and drain them.

Step 2: Boil the water in a thick pot with good heat preservation effect, add soy sauce, sugar, sodium bicarbonate and salt to boil, turn off the fire and pour in black beans to soak for 5 hours.

Step 3: pick up the black beans, check the degree of expansion, and then transfer the black beans to the furnace for heating.

The fourth step: after heating boil to small fire, add three times before and after the water to make it boil again, edge to get rid of the bubble.

Step 5: then move to the electric pot (put 2 cups of water in the outer pot) and steam until the black beans are soft and full of flavor.

Step 6: move it to the fire and cook it until the soup is dry but not yet.

Water: 7.5 cups

Soy sauce: 2 tbsp

Fine granulated sugar: 1.25 cups
