Pickled ginger
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the ginger and dry it.
Step 2: Boil all seasonings with water and let cool.
Step 3: put the dried ginger in the fresh-keeping box.
Step 4: pour the seasoning water into the fresh box.
Step 5: add a layer of preservative film first.
Step 6: cover again, put in a cool place and marinate for more than a week.
Step 7: when eating, cut the ginger into shreds, add some cooked sesame, and then drizzle some soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. It's very delicious! ^_^
Materials required:
Ginger: a small basket
Water: moderate

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Clove: right amount
Cinnamon: moderate
Note: if you add some peanuts, shallot, shrimp, pickled pepper and so on, the taste will be better. However, in order to take care of the taste of my beans, I did not dare to add those.
