Christmas Party Cake

Christmas Party Cake

Introduction:

"Next week is Christmas, and my son's school is also on holiday. Before the holiday, there are Christmas parties in the school, and students exchange small gifts with each other. Today, my teacher and I had a party to make a cake for my classmates. I was going to decorate it with white chocolate, but I forgot to buy it when I bought the materials. It's raining heavily these days. I don't want to go out. I'm just going to decorate it with fruit. "

Production steps:

Step 1: put the protein into a clean, water-free and oil-free container, add sugar and vinegar and beat until it foams hard (I put sugar in one time).

Step 2: beat egg yolk, sugar, corn oil and milk until the oil and water are mixed, and the color is a little white.

Step 3: pour in the sifted low powder and mix with a rubber knife until there are no particles.

Step 4: Take 1 / 3 protein and egg yolk paste to mix evenly.

Step 5: pour into the remaining 2 / 3 of the protein paste, quickly stir well. (remember not to circle when mixing, turn over mixing and cut mixing)

Step 6: pour into a 10 inch mold and shake it with force to produce big bubbles.

Step 7: put it into a preheated 320f / 160C oven and bake for 60 minutes. (the temperature of each oven is different, and the time should be adjusted according to the needs). Take out the inverted button and let it cool to demould.

Step 8: look at the cake. It's very high.

Step 9: slice the cake into 2 pieces with a bread blade.

Step 10: sugar whipped cream until 9, there are obvious lines, but also can flow slowly.

Step 11: take a slice of cake, spread a thin layer of cream, sprinkle with diced strawberry and pitaya.

Step 12: add another slice of cake and pour in the cream.

Step 13: level as much as possible with a spatula. My level is still not improving Use two large kitchen knives to move the cake onto the cake tray.

Step 14: add 2 drops of pink food pigment to the remaining cream until hard.

Step 15: put it into the flower mounting bag, squeeze some patterns on the cake and decorate it with fruit.

Step 16: forget to leave a little white cream for Santa Claus, so we have to use pink.
