Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the necessary herbs: Prunella vulgaris and Abrus cantoniensis, 1 handful each.
Step 2: prepare the ingredients: 5-6 red dates and 5-6 longan.
Step 3: put all the ingredients into the pot.
Step 4: add the right amount of cold water (I forgot to measure the amount of water, it should be able to boil for at least 2 hours).
