Production steps:
Step 1: Material: yaozhu.
Step 2: white radish and coriander.
Step 3: put yaozhu into a bowl, add scallion and ginger slices, pour cooking wine and water into yaozhu.
Step 4: steam in electric pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Step 5: pick out the scallion and ginger from the steamed yaozhu bowl.
