Production steps:
Step 1: passion fruit jelly
Step 2: soak the gelatine tablets in ice water until soft
Step 3: add the fine granulated sugar into the cold boiled water, heat and stir over low heat

Step 5: soak the soft gelatin slices and squeeze out the water
Step 6: put in sugar water and stir until completely dissolved
Step 7: add passion fruit juice and stir well
Step 8: stir with ice water until slightly thick
Step 9: pour evenly into the container and refrigerate until set
Step 10: coconut milk jelly
Step 11: soak gelatine tablets in ice water until soft
Step 12: add the granulated sugar into the cold boiled water, heat it over low heat and stir until the granulated sugar dissolves
Step 13: add coconut milk and stir well
Step 14: squeeze the water out of gilding tablets
Step 15: put in coconut milk sugar water and stir until completely dissolved
Step 16: stir with ice water until slightly thick
Step 17: pour evenly into the solidified passion fruit jelly and refrigerate until set

Materials required:
Gilding tablets: 5g
Cold boiled water: 150g
Fine granulated sugar: 25g
Brandy: 1 teaspoon
Passion fruit juice: 50g
Coconut milk: 75g
Note: when the sugar water is heated over low heat, it doesn't need to boil. As long as the temperature reaches 40-50 degrees, it can dissolve the jiliting tablets. There is no passion fruit juice, you can use other fruit juice to make other jelly.
