Step 3: add sugar powder, stir well, then add salt.

Step 4: continue to beat evenly.

Step 5: sift the flour and baking powder, and then add them to the mixture in step 4.

Step 6: knead into a soft dough.

Step 7: take a small piece of dough, first knead into a ball, and then gently flatten it to make a small round cake shape. Put the prepared small round cake into the baking tray, press it on the surface with a fork, and press out the pattern.

Step 8: bake in the middle of the oven, 180 degrees, about 20 minutes.
