Curry Chicken
Introduction:
"Curry chicken is one of the delicious food in Malaysia. It has a strong flavor, which makes people can't help adding a bowl of rice. I usually cook curry by myself. I have to cook it with pepper and about ten spices for half an hour. Today I'm lazy, so I bought the packaged one. It usually takes two days to cook a large pot, and the rest of the curry juice will be eaten with white bread. "
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the chicken into pieces, cut the earth into pieces, and chop the shallot head.
Step 2: heat up the oil in a hot pan, and then stir fry the cinnamon, clove, star anise and curry leaves for 5 minutes.
Step 3: add curry and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: add chicken and stir fry
