Step 4: put one piece of seaweed in the middle of the large plastic bag, then put half of the rice in turn, smooth and compact, and then put in the right amount of ham sausage and cucumber. Hold both hands tightly and start to roll up with equal force. The tighter the roll, the better. It's not easy to form when it's loose (the plastic bag should be rolled out while rolling)

Step 5: roll a good sushi roll, to put 8-10 minutes to shape

Step 6: shape the sushi roll, rub oil on the knife, cut it into 2cm thick pieces, and put it on the plate
