Wanquan Subdistrict
Wanquan street, a street under the jurisdiction of Dadong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Dadong District. It is separated from Chang'an Street by Pangjiang street in the East, connected with Binhe street of Shenhe District by wanliutang Road, Wanquan street and kuixinglou road in the south, adjacent to Huangcheng Street of Shenhe District by dongshuncheng street in the West and Xiaodong street by Dadong road in the north. The administrative area is 3.1 square kilometers. By the end of 2011, Wanquan street had a total population of 48900.
In March 2010, the area to the west of dongshuncheng street, to the north of Nanshuncheng street, and to the south of dongshuncheng building 62 was assigned to Huangcheng street of Shenhe District. In April 2010, the wanliutang community of Wanlian street in Shenhe District (from Wanquan street in the south to the boundary between Shenhe District and Dadong District in the north, from wanliutang road in the east to Wanquan Park in the West) was classified as Wanquan street. As of June 2020, Wanquan street has 12 communities under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, the total revenue of Wanquan street was 130 million yuan, an increase of 28% over the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax was 90 million yuan, value-added tax was 20 million yuan, enterprise income tax was 10 million yuan, and individual income tax was 10 million yuan, an increase of 33.4%, 24.7%, 29.8% and 28.3% respectively over the previous year.
History of construction
In December 1949, the vegetable market, Dadong street and Sandaogou street were established.
In 1950, the street office was divided into three police stations, namely dadongchengmen, Erdaogou and Sandaogou, with a central group.
In October 1954, dadongchengmen and dadongbianmen were established.
In 1958, the two streets were transformed into communes.
In April 1960, the four communes of dadongchengmen, dadongbianmen, Guancheng and Chang'an were merged into Wanquan commune, with 12 administrative areas.
In November 1961, Wanquan commune was divided into Wanquan commune, Guancheng commune and Chang'an commune.
In November 1978, Wanquan commune was divided into two streets, dadongchengmen and Wanquan.
In November 1979, dadongchengmen street was merged into Wanquan street.
In 2005, Wanquan street and Guancheng Street merged into Wanquan street.
In March 2010, the area to the west of dongshuncheng street, to the north of Nanshuncheng street, and to the south of dongshuncheng building 62 was assigned to Huangcheng street of Shenhe District.
