Baihaizi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Jining District, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Jining District, bordering meiguiying town and Huangqihai town of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner in the East, Southeast and south, malinqu Township and Changqing street in the west, and Bohong town of Chahar right wing rear banner in the north, with an administrative area of 251 square kilometers.

History of construction

Ming Dynasty, belongs to anda Mongolia border.

In 1924, it belonged to Jining County, Chahar special district.

In October 1957, it belongs to Jining City.

In 1959, it was incorporated into Pingdiquan commune.

In December 1961, baihaizi commune was established.

In August 1964, it belonged to Chahar Right Wing Front Banner.

In 1966, it was changed into Qianjin commune.

In 1980, it was changed into baihaizi commune.

In February 1984, it was changed to baihaizi township.

In 1999, baihaizi township was transformed into a town.

In April 2004, it belongs to Jining district.

In May 2006, six village committees of Huangjia village, Haier naobao, Dahewan, qisumu, nanwa and Xiaodong were included.

In February 2009, the three village committees of Qiaojia village, Nanjie Village and zhanggaiying village were assigned to Chahar Right Wing Front Banner, and the two villages of Pingdiquan town laoyangquan village committee were assigned to Chahar Right Wing Front Banner.
