Hengdaohezi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Tieling County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Tieling City, bordering Shuncheng District of Fushun City in the East and south, Qipanshan scenic spot of Shenyang City in the west, liqianhu town and Yaobao town in the north, with an administrative area of 128.88 square kilometers.

In 1948, it belonged to seven districts; in 2011, it was changed to Hengdaohezi town. By the end of 2018, 14001 households registered residence in the town of Heng Dao He Zi. As of June 2020, Hengdaohezi town has 1 community and 10 administrative villages.

History of construction

In 1948, it belonged to seven districts.

In 1958, it belonged to the seventh branch of Tieling County commune.

In 1959, it belonged to Li Qianhu commune.

In 1961, Hengdaohezi commune was established from liqianhu commune.

In 1983, Hengdaohezi township was changed.

In 1987, it was changed to Hengdaohezi Manchu Township.

In 2011, it was changed to Hengdao Hezi town.

Both rivers in Hengdaohezi town originate from xiangershan in Wujia village. Sanchazi River, a secondary tributary of Hun River, flows eastward with a drainage area of 65 square kilometers and a total length of 9 kilometers; Pu River, flowing westward into Qipanshan reservoir, is the birthplace of Nantaizi river with a drainage area of 58.7 square kilometers and a total length of 15 kilometers.
