Hebei Township
Hebei Township, which is located in the same county of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the southern part of the county of Tong De, East and Henan Mongolia Autonomous County, Huangnan, and south facing the the Yellow River from the county of Hainan, and the north is adjacent to the Tang Valley town and the GA Basso town. In 2018, the area was 1017.04 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 7030.
In July 1950, after the people's Government of Tongde County was established, hundreds of tribes in yingnuhu and cuoyu areas of Hebei Township set up executive committees. In June 1953, Hebei Township was under the jurisdiction of the fourth and fifth administrative regions. In 1963, it was divided into yingnuhu Township and GONGMA township. In 1965, yingnuhu and Gongma were merged into Hebei Township. In 1970, it was restored to Hebei commune. In 1984, the society changed to the countryside. As of October 2019, there are 2 communities and 10 administrative villages in rural Hebei.
In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise and seven comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Hebei Township.
Historical evolution

In June 1953, Hebei Township was under the jurisdiction of the fourth and fifth administrative regions.
From October 1956 to the end of 1957, Hebei was under the first administrative jurisdiction (the district government was stationed in laga Temple).
In March 1958, guashize Gongma and yingnu merged into Hebei Township. In October of the same year, they became Hebei commune.
In 1963, it was divided into yingnuhu Township and GONGMA township.
In 1965, yingnuhu and Gongma were merged into Hebei Township.
In 1970, it was restored to Hebei commune.
In 1984, the society changed to the countryside.

By the end of 2011, Hebei Township had 10 administrative villages including saitang, sairuo, Huanghe, geshige, xiazhimai, saide, Saiyang, saiqing, Jinke and shangzhimai, and saitang had one animal husbandry community.
As of October 2019, there are 2 communities and 10 administrative villages in rural Hebei. The people's government is stationed in saitang village.
