Township under the jurisdiction of Jiange County

. Qiaodian township was built in 1953, merged into Yangcun Township in 1955, reformed into commune in 1961, restored to township in 1984, merged into Yangcun town in 1992, and recovered to Qiaodian Township in 1995. Located in the southeast of Jiange County, it is a remote township of Jiange county. It is connected with Heling town in the East, dianzi town in the west, Yangcun town in the south, Trojan town and qingniu town in Zhaohua District in the north. It is a poor town with underdeveloped economy, education and culture. The township governs 7 administrative villages, 40 villager groups, with a total population of 10068 people (2017), covering an area of 41.62 square kilometers. It is a class II Township, with two highways (Jiancang highway and Baiyang highway) running through it. It is one of the key flooded townships in Tingzikou Reservoir area. In October 2013, the people's Government of Qiaodian Township officially moved from Puli village to dailing village group 3 (nickname qiyichang). It is 72 km away from Xiasi town and 39 km away from Pu'an town. Jiancang road passes through qiyichang. After Tingzikou Reservoir is completed, the water depth is about 50 meters, the water area is wide and the scenery is beautiful. It will be the only open water area on Jiancang road. Guangyuan can be reached up the river and Chongqing, Shanghai and other places can be reached down the river. The new town has convenient transportation and good location advantages, which is conducive to the accumulation of capital and talents, forming a complete commercial circulation center. At the same time, it has great potential in the secondary and tertiary industries, such as transportation, aquaculture, water tourism, commerce and logistics, and has broad development prospects. After completion, the population of the new town will reach 1000 and 2000 by 2020. Qiaodian Township, located in the southeast of Jiange County, has a long history and is the hometown of Li Rong, a famous person in Qing Dynasty. Our township has a total population of 10068, a total area of 43.1 square kilometers, a cultivated area of 10528 mu, and has jurisdiction over 6 administrative villages. The Jiancang highway and the tailrace area of Tingzikou hydropower station, which run through the rural area, give birth to a broad space for investment and entrepreneurship.

1、 Basic situation of Qiaodian Township

（1） Convenient traffic conditions. Our township is adjacent to Heling town in the East, dianzi town in the west, Yangcun town in the South and qingniu town in Zhaohua District in the north. With convenient transportation, the township government is 72 kilometers away from Xiasi Town, 39 kilometers away from Pu'an Town, 20 kilometers away from the entrance of Mianwan Expressway and 39 kilometers away from the entrance of Beijing Kunming expressway. Jiancang road passes through qiyichang town. Guangyuan can be reached by water, and Chongqing, Shanghai and other places can be reached directly.

（2） Superior geographical and climatic conditions. Qiaodian township is a typical hilly terrain with an average altitude of about 400 meters. It has a subtropical humid monsoon climate with mild climate, four distinct seasons, luxuriant vegetation and about 3400 negative oxygen ions / cm3 in the air. The average temperature in January is 4.8 ℃, the average temperature in July is 26.1 ℃, the frost free period is 265 days, the annual precipitation is 1000 mm, and the rainfall is concentrated from June to September. The territory has superior geographical and climatic conditions, which is suitable for three-dimensional agricultural development and rural tourism.

（3） Abundant natural resources. 1. Our township is located in the downstream of Tingzikou Reservoir area. After the completion of the reservoir, the deepest water area can reach more than 80 meters, the water area is more than 5100 mu, and the average water depth is about 50 meters. We can reach Guangyuan upstream and Chongqing, Shanghai and other places directly along the river. Qiaodian township is the only most beautiful water town on Jiancang road with beautiful scenery and beautiful landscape. The Qiaodian reservoir area is rich in fishery resources, which has attracted many tourists from inside and outside the province to fish. Some people have also invested in the construction of a number of fishing floating platforms for tourists to fish. Many gourmets are attracted by all kinds of ecological fish produced in the area. Tourists praise Qiaodian township as a veritable "Fisherman's paradise". 2. Our township is rich in forest resources, with a forest area of about 1200 hectares and a coverage rate of 47.6%. The vegetation is luxuriant and the species are mainly cypress. Good forest coverage has brought excellent ecological environment for Qiaodian. The climate is characterized by four distinct seasons, abundant rain and sufficient light, and the annual average temperature is 19.5 ℃.

（3） Diversified rural industry. The main adjustment strategy of rural economic development of the whole township is to improve the agricultural infrastructure and "one village, one product" characteristic agriculture. For example, more than 700 mu of crisp red plum industry, 300 mu of kiwi fruit industry, 500 mu of citrus industry and 500 mu of flue-cured tobacco industry have been built in the township; 100 mu of Lei bamboo industry has been built in Qiyi village, 1000 m2 of fishing floating platform has been built, with an annual rent of 30000 yuan; one layer farm has been built in Mulin village, with an annual egg production of more than 2 million; one pig farm has been built in Jingtian village, with an annual pig production of more than 1000; and one in Zhongyan village It is a 30 mu crayfish breeding base with an annual output of 1000 kg. At the same time, Qiaodian township has more than 5100 mu of water resources, with an aquaculture area of more than 2000 mu.

（4） It has a long history and culture. Qiaodian township has a rich historical and cultural heritage. The hometown of Li Rong, a celebrity of Jiange in Qing Dynasty, is located in group 3, Xinfang village, Qiaodian township. Now it has been built into Hanlin academy, which is a well preserved tourist attraction. There are three historical and cultural courtyards, namely, Osmanthus fragrans courtyard in group 3 of Puli village, Shuimohe courtyard in group 1 of Puli village, and sunjiaying courtyard in group 4 of Yuanbao village. These three courtyards have submitted protection applications to housing construction bureau of Jiange County, which is a major local feature of Qiaodian township. There are two Buddhist temples in the township, namely Anzi temple and Dailun temple. The incense is in full swing. There is an endless stream of pilgrims in the township during the temple fair season.

（5） Perfect infrastructure. There are two highways across the township (Baiyang highway and Jiancang highway). Jiancang road connects Trojan town to the north and Heling town to the South; Baiyang road connects Yangcun town to the West and Heling town to the south. In 2016, the widening of Yuanjing Road, the main village road of the township, was completed, with a total length of about 20 km. Since the implementation of poverty alleviation, more than 100 kilometers of village roads have been hardened in the whole Township, and all villages have been connected. The transportation of the whole woodcutter shop is crisscross, extending in all directions, and has a good logistics foundation. In recent years, the infrastructure of communication network, power facilities, rural living environment improvement has also been improved.

（6） Open and inclusive service-oriented government. After the adjustment of township division in 2020, Qiaodian township is the whole town
