Waeryi Township, subordinate to Jiuzhi County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the southwest of Jiuzhi County, with suohu Rima Township in the East, Baiyu Township in the southeast, banma County in the south, manzhang Township in dari County in the West and wasai Township in the north, covering a total area of 1062.32 square kilometers.
In 1957, waeryi district was established. In May 1984, waeryi commune was changed into waeryi township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in WOW Yi township was 4005. In 2019, waeryi Township governs four administrative villages: mange village, saichi village, daga village and Zayi village.
Animal husbandry in waeryi township is mainly for raising horses, cattle and sheep. In 2015, the per capita net income of waeryi township was 3120 yuan.
