Songan Street

Songan street, a street under the jurisdiction of Songbei District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the middle of Songbei District, starting from Songbei Avenue in the East, xiangannan Avenue in the west, North Bank of Songhua River in the South and Zhongyuan Avenue in the north.

In the 35th year of the Republic of China (1946), it belonged to Songpu district; in 2017, it was divided into songan street by Songbei Street office. The neighborhood office is located at 318 Longtang street, Songbei district.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1946, it belonged to Songpu district.

In 1956, Xinxing township was established.

In 1958, it was changed into Qianjin commune.

In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.

In June 1995, it was changed into Songbei Town, belonging to Daowai District.

In February 2004, it was assigned to Songbei district.

In 2017, Songbei sub district office was split into songan sub district office.

As of October 2019, song'an street has jurisdiction over one administrative village and eight communities: Qianjin village, one administrative village, and eight communities including North Bank pearl, Mediterranean sunshine, Qianjin home, Yiheyuan, Zhongguancun, zhonghecheng, Dazheng Lijiang and China Resources.
