Longhe town is located in the east of Napo County, Guangxi Province, and is located in the Yumai of Yunnan Guizhou Plateau. The town government is 30.8 kilometers away from the county seat. It is inhabited by Zhuang, Han and Yao nationalities. It is connected with guole Township and ande town of Jingxi County in the East and south, Chengxiang town in the west, Gula Township and zhuanchao town of Funing County in Yunnan Province in the north. On March 15, 2018, the demolition of township to town was unveiled.

On the morning of March 15, 2018, Longhe town of Napo County held the unveiling ceremony of withdrawing Township and building town. For more than 39000 people in the town, it is a memorable and happy day to withdraw the township and build the town, marking that Longhe has entered a new stage of rapid development. Longhe town is located in the east of Napo County, at the intersection of Guangxi and Yunnan provinces, autonomous regions and counties. It is connected with guole Township and ande town of Jingxi city in the East and south, Chengxiang town of Napo County in the west, Gula Township and zhuanchao town of Funing County in Yunnan Province in the north. The town government is located in Longhe street, Longhe village, 30.8km away from the county seat, with a resident area of 1.9km2, 604 households and 2955 people. The town has 19 administrative villages, 246 natural villages, 300 villager groups, 7108 households and 39362 people.
