Mayangxi Ecotourism Zone

Mayangxi ecotourism zone is located in Changtai District of Zhangzhou city. It was established with the approval of Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government in October 2004. The area is adjacent to Longhai District of Zhangzhou city and Xiamen city respectively. After the opening of Xiamen Chengdu Expressway in 2012, it is only 20 minutes' drive to Haicang Bridge in Xiamen, so the traffic is very convenient.

With a total land area of 138 square kilometers, the district administers four administrative villages, namely Shili, Wangting, houfang and Shanzhong, and Tiancheng community, with a population of 11000.
