Linli township is located 10 kilometers southeast of Mianning County, bounded by the foot of Xiaoxiangling mountain in the East and Houshan Township in the west, across the river from Fuxing town by Anning River in the west, Baitu village in Fuxing town in the South and Chengxiang town in the north.

General situation

National Highway 108 runs through the whole area, with an administrative area of 42.8 square kilometers. It has three administrative villages (Fengshou village, linli village and Gaoyao Village) and 15 villager groups. The township has a population of 5522 and 1306 households. The population is mainly Han nationality, with a small number of Yi, Tibetan and other ethnic minorities. The cultivated land area is 4857 mu, the GDP is 17.36 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers is 2441 yuan, and the total grain output is 2272 tons.

Agricultural production is mainly rice, wheat and corn, and economic crops are mainly tobacco, rape and so on.
