Luojin town

Luojin Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Yongfu County, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Yongfu County, bordering Huixian town and Liutang town of Lingui County in the East, Yongfu town in the west, Baoli Township in the south, Suqiao town and Sitang town of Lingui District in the North, with a total administrative area of 236.9 square kilometers. Luojin town was originally named Luojin township. In April 1996, the township was removed to build a town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Luo Jin town was 44955. By the end of 2019, Luojin town has one community and 13 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in luojinwei.

In 2018, there were 17 industrial enterprises in Luojin Town, including 2 large-scale enterprises and 2 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

In 2002, Luojin town was awarded "the hometown of Guangxi Folk Art (color tone)" by the Department of culture of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. On December 24, 2019, it will be included in the list of national rural governance demonstration towns.

History of construction

Luojin town was originally named Luojin township.

In April 1996, the township was removed from the township to build a town. The Administrative Region under its jurisdiction remained unchanged, and the organization and staffing were not increased. The town was located in luojinwei.

In 2014, Luojin town governed 14 administrative villages and 316 villager groups.

By the end of 2019, Luojin town has one community and 13 administrative villages: Luojin town community, gaochong village, Lingqiao village, Chongshan village, Shangshui village, xingcao village, lincun village, Jiangyue village, Mitian village, Xiacun village, Shangxiao village, Daxi village, Yongsheng Village and Jinfu village. The town people's Government is stationed in luojinwei.

The relocation of two villages with a total investment of 900000 yuan has been completed. More than 4400 meters of canals and 3 dams were repaired.

Transportation

Luojin town is 16 kilometers away from the county seat and 43 kilometers away from Guilin. The Liangfeng Yongfu highway passes through the town center.

History and culture

Luojin town is the birthplace of local opera "Caidiao drama". Caidiao drama was produced in Luojin, formed in the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, and matured in the Jiaqing and Daoguang periods of Qing Dynasty. In 1987, lincun, Luojin Town, was recognized as the birthplace of Guangxi color tune. In 2010, Yongfu Caidiao was awarded the intangible cultural heritage of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The famous scenic spots in Luojin town include Yueshan, jinjihe reservoir, Jinzhongshan scenic spot, etc.

Jinzhong mountain scenic spot is located in the southeast of Luojin town government, 7.80 kilometers away, 24 kilometers away from Yongfu County, 52 kilometers away from Guilin city by Yongliang highway, 65 kilometers away from Guilin city by Guilin Liuzhou expressway. It is a Guilin Tourist Scenic spot. It was developed in 1998, and its main scenic spots include Jinzhong rock, Tiankeng, Fushou palace, forest bathing place, etc. it was rated as AAAA scenic spot in December 2010.
