Qingxi township is located 14 kilometers west of Xiushan city in Chongqing. The average annual temperature is about 18 ℃, the average winter temperature is 6-8 ℃, the average summer temperature is 27-38 ℃, and the maximum limit temperature can reach 43.8 ℃. Chongqing has less frost and snow, more clouds, warm winter, hot summer, early spring, short autumn, abundant rainfall, and more rain at the turn of summer and autumn. There are ancient tunnel warfare sites in the tourism area of yunyunle village. The history of tunnel warfare in China can be traced back to ancient times. In ancient times, the Miao people in Xiushan used the tactics of tunnel warfare in their struggle against oppression. The ancient tunnel warfare site in Qingxi provides evidence for this. In 1976, the local people found a crisscross, winding, east-west direction of about 1000 meters, 1.5 meters high, 0.5 meters wide, with a shelter for one person at a distance of about 10 meters, and a tunnel with mounds on the wall for lighting appliances. The bottom of the tunnel is flat, and the top is a "herringbone" arch structure, which can accommodate a person to walk with a bow. The traces of oil smoke on the wall can be distinguished. During the investigation, iron weapons and mining tools were also found. According to the preliminary research, the tunnel was a defense fortification for the Miao people in the Ming Dynasty.
