Dakou forest farm is located in the southern foot of Dahong mountain, with a forest coverage rate of 90.3%, an average altitude of 350 meters and a maximum altitude of 565 meters. The forest area is about 100000 mu. Located in the subtropical zone, the forest area integrates natural landscape, cultural landscape, exotic flowers and plants, ancient trees and famous trees, rare birds and animals, and ancient cave waterfalls.

The main natural landscapes are: yingzidong waterfall, jiujitianxi, Xiaotianchi, wulongdong, nanzhulin, etc. The cultural landscape has the Taoist Yuntai view, which was once the holy land of "the balance of three religions" and "the dispute between Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism" in history. there are 438 species of animals and plants, including 2 species of first-class protected plants and 7 species of second-class protected plants; there are 38 species of birds such as egrets and cranes, 2 species of first-class protected animals and 5 species of second-class protected animals.
