Bingji Township

Bingji Township, belonging to Jieshou City, Anhui Province, is located 20 kilometers north of Jieshou City. Provincial highway S204 passes through the border, 18 kilometers away from the entrance of Ningluo expressway, adjacent to Henan Province in the west, Taihe County in the East, Lucun town in the north and Guangwu town in Nantong, with convenient transportation and obvious location advantages. There are several ditches in the territory, such as laxian ditch, Wanfu ditch and Guanglu river. It has 8 administrative villages, 53 natural villages, 29802 permanent residents (in 2017), and 32000 mu of cultivated land. It is a typical agricultural township. Bingji township is "Anhui Province ecological township", "Anhui Province forest town", "Anhui Province industrial cluster professional town", "provincial modern agricultural demonstration zone", and also the first "two areas" to build township.

Economics

Bingji township has five characteristic industries: under forest comprehensive breeding, improved variety breeding, traditional Chinese medicine, fruit planting, and agricultural products processing. The dominant crops are wheat, cotton, corn, peach, pear, grape, traditional Chinese medicine, and fast-growing poplar. It is known as the "medicine base, fruit and vegetable" township. Located in the west of Bingji Township and adjacent to Shenqiu and Dancheng counties in the west, it governs four residential areas and a central market of Bingji, Xizhang, zouzhuang and yabazhuang, with 4135 people in the village. The village has a high degree of agricultural mechanization, and has established production models such as "five kinds of five harvests" and "forestry ecological comprehensive breeding". It is a new rural construction demonstration village in Anhui Province.

Located in the northeast of Bingji Township, it governs five natural villages of Zhaoda, Zhaoxiao, Zhaozhai, Zhaoyao and guocaozhai, with 4813 people and 4337 mu of cultivated land. It is located in the northwest of Bingji Township, adjacent to Yilu in the West and Lu Village in the north. It governs five natural villages, including Dongzhai, dongyuanzhuang, Cuizhuang, Xuzhuang and Dongyaozhuang, with 2895 people and 2475 mu of cultivated land. The village actively developed forestry and animal husbandry, with many large-scale farmers and established professional breeding cooperatives, leading farmers to get rich.

The village has 4991 people and 2763 mu of cultivated land. The village actively guides the masses to plant pears, apples, peaches and grapes. It is a famous fruit village with excellent product quality and is sold to Beijing, Nanjing and other places.
