Wanqiu Yi nationality township

Wanqiu Yi Township, Miyi County, Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, is the north gate of Panzhihua. It is located at the junction of Miyi County, Huili County and Dechang County, 32 kilometers away from Miyi County. The township covers an area of 135.8 square kilometers, with a total population of 16055 people (2017). It governs seven administrative villages, namely Xijie, Mawo, Reshui, Yangjia, Qingshan, wanniangou and huanglonghe. It is planned to set up a village for the spontaneous migration of yangjiadi. The ethnic groups are mainly Han and Yi. The units stationed in the township include wanqiu Management Office of Pangang Group, Baima iron ore preparation office, Miyi farm of Chengdu Military Region, wanqiu loading station of Xichang mining company, wanqiu railway station and qianjinqu power station.

Industrial Park Planning

Wanqiu Yi nationality township industrial park is planned to the east of wanqiu railway station in Mawo village and Chengdu Kunming railway, close to provincial highway 214 and 10km away from the exit of Xipan expressway. There are 1 million tons of railway loading and unloading platform (belonging to Desheng group) beside the park. The railway special line can extend the new railway freight platform. The park has been connected with ￠ 110 water pipe, which is about 40 meters away from the elevation of Anning River. It has a 10 kV high-voltage line. The park is 6 kilometers away from Ninghua 35 kV high-voltage substation (it can share a special line with Baima iron mine). in the area of more than 400 mu in the park, 140 households of three villager groups are involved. The contracted land area is 94.28 mu (converted according to the output). About 150 mu of wasteland is contracted and the rest is woodland and barren slope land. After all the land is occupied, the average price of compensation for farmers is about 15000 yuan per mu. If two households are involved in relocation, they can be relocated in the village according to the compensation standards of Xipan Expressway and Baima iron mine. After the occupation of cultivated land, we can take measures to develop the land resources of Anning River and restore the land supplement land; at the same time, more than 120 farmers involved are working in wanqiu loading mine station stably, and the annual labor income per capita is more than 500 yuan, which can solve the living problems of most farmers. Mawo village, where the park is located, belongs to the county credit village. Due to the development of wanqiu loading mine station for more than 20 years, farmers have benefited from the new ideas, good investment environment, and good social order.
