Anyang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Shunping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the north central part of Shunping County, connecting Taiyu Township in the East, Hekou Township and Baiyun Township in the south, Dabei Township in the West and Mancheng District in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 12.18 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 12.12 km, with a total area of 89.64 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the total population of Anyang's registered residence was 19076.
In 1958, it belonged to Anyang commune. In 1984, it was changed to Anyang township. As of June 2020, Anyang township has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in xi'anyang village. Anyang township has Liangshun highway throughout the territory, is also China's national geographical indication product Shunping peach planting.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Anyang township was 149.73 million yuan. In 2018, Anyang Township had 2 industrial enterprises and 4 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
Anyang township is a revolutionary base. During the Anti Japanese War, Shunping County government was stationed in Anyang.
In 1958, it belonged to Anyang commune.
In 1984, it was changed to Anyang township.
In 1994, jiagezhuang township was incorporated.
In 1996, Sitang township was incorporated into the central government.

The forest and fruit industry of Anyang township is the leading industry of the whole Township, covering an area of 11000 mu. It is the main producing area of Mopan persimmon and Okubo peach in Shunping County, known as the "hometown of forest and fruit".
In 2007, Anyang Township implemented the afforestation project, returning farmland to forest of 1500 mu, and planting 57000 trees around the roads and villages. The development of special cultivation, Liugezhuang big boron plum, lisizhuang double film covered beans, Xi'an Yanghe and Maiwang vegetable cultivation has begun to take shape.
