Jiubaihu Town, belonging to luanzhou City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of luanzhou City, connecting leizhuang town in the East, Guye District of Tangshan City in the south, wangdianzi town in the West and shaheyi town of Qian'an city in the north, with an administrative area of 80.36 square kilometers.

During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Lulong County; in March 1996, it merged Yi'an Township and jiubaihu township to establish jiubaihu town.
