Taboos to keep in mind when asking about salary

(1) Don't show extreme concern about the salary. Talk about the salary at the beginning: it's not wrong to care about your salary, but you can't ask about the salary as soon as you come up. You can't get hot tofu if you are so anxious. If you ask the recruiter abruptly, "how are you treated?" The other party is likely to steal you: "the job has not been done on the first conditions, not to mention we have not said you do not!"

(2) Don't say too absolute words: for example, "I hope to get 3000 yuan salary", and say the specific salary figure to death, leaving no room for negotiation.

(3) Avoid inappropriate rhetorical questions: if the recruiter asks you, "what are your expectations about salary?" And you ask, "how much are you going to pay?" This kind of rhetorical question is a bit like bargaining in the market, which is very impolite and easy to cause the displeasure of the recruiter, and then affect the success or failure of your job search.

(4) Don't reduce or increase your salary too much: this will only make people feel that you are not worthy of being invited because of your poor ability or too high ability, which will not play any positive role in the negotiation.
