Techniques for eliminating embarrassment in meetings

The embarrassment in hosting a meeting generally comes from two aspects: one is the embarrassment caused by the difficulties of the participants; the other is the embarrassment caused by the mistakes of the participants or the host. In the first case, it is necessary to analyze the intention of the other party. If it is well intentioned, it is necessary to be frank with each other, persuade each other with good words, be sincere and open-minded, make the best use of the situation and introduce the topic. If it is malicious, it should be tit for tat, or belittle it in a reasonable way if it takes over the other party's words; or retaliate, that is, "treat the person in his own way"; or cut corners to catch the weakness of the other party and expose the purpose he wants to achieve. In short, we should be reasonable and disciplined, strive for the majority, and make those who make embarrassment retreat because of embarrassment. In the second case, we can explain ourselves and blame ourselves implicitly; or we can find excuses to get rid of the shell; or we can turn the wrong into the right. In a word, we should defuse it skillfully and correct it quickly.
