How to make the hedgehog round

Raw materials for making hedgehog balls:

Pork is 500g, glutinous rice is 150g, water chestnut is 100g, cooking wine is 100g, wet starch is 50g, salt and monosodium glutamate are 5g, onion and ginger juice are 15g.

Steps for making hedgehog balls:

1. Cut the water chestnut and pork into mung bean pieces, then chop a few knives to make the water chestnut and meat mix evenly and put them into a bowl. Mix cooking wine, salt, scallion, ginger juice, monosodium glutamate and wet starch with proper amount of water, and knead them into a round ball weighing about 40g.

2. After washing the glutinous rice, soak it in clean water for about 15 minutes, drain the water, put it into a bowl, mix with wine and monosodium glutamate, marinate for about 10 minutes, and drain the juice. Then roll the dough onto the glutinous rice, put it into the basin smeared with oil in advance, and steam it for 20 minutes.
