Quanjude exhibition hall

On May 20, 2005, Quanjude exhibition hall opened to let the world have a comprehensive understanding of the development process of China's famous time-honored enterprises and show its century glory, which is the first in the catering industry of Beijing and even the whole country.

Quanjude is a famous time-honored catering enterprise in China. It was founded in 1864 (the third year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty). After 141 years of continuous development and innovation, it has formed Quanjude cuisine, which is represented by Quanjude roast duck and integrates more than 400 dishes. Quanjude is famous at home and abroad for its exquisite roast duck and special dishes, and has become the essence of Chinese food culture.

After nearly a year of careful preparation, the completed Quanjude exhibition hall is located on the third floor of the group headquarters office building in the south of Hepingmen roast duck restaurant in Quanjude, covering an area of nearly 400 square meters. The purpose of creating Quanjude exhibition hall is to review the history of roast duck, condense the development track of time-honored brands, interpret the cultural connotation of Quanjude, and show the Centennial glory of Quanjude. The whole exhibition runs through Quanjude's business philosophy of "wholeness without shortage, gathering without scattering, benevolence first" and the innovative spirit of keeping pace with the times, inheriting the long-standing and thought-provoking Chinese food culture.
