Zongbingfu, also known as zongzhenfu, is a famous historical and cultural site. It was built in the fourth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1576 A.D.), and most of its original appearance disappeared after the earthquake. The county Party committee and the county government have entrusted ancient architecture experts to redesign and rebuild in the style of Ming and Qing Dynasties. Now it has become a famous scenic spot in Nan'ao Island. As a historical and cultural scenic spot, the headquarters has three characteristics: first, the scarcity of resources. It is the only island headquarters in China. The second is the rich connotation of history and culture. During the 300 years of Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were 173 generals and Deputy generals. National heroes such as Liu Yongfu also served as the general officer of Nan'ao. Zheng Chenggong once raised the banner of righteousness on the island and left a recruiting tree. Third, the relationship with Taiwan is of far-reaching significance. Since the 24th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi, the general office of Nan'ao has been responsible for the military affairs of Fujian and Guangdong provinces, Taiwan and Penghu, which has become an important historical witness that Taiwan is an integral part of China. In 1999, Mr. Wang Daohan went to the island to inspect his work and happily inscribed the Fujian Guangdong General Town Office.

As the name of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the headquarters of Nan'ao army is located in da'yakou, Shen'ao Town, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. The military office is located in the middle of Shen'ao City, Nan'ao County, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. The first museum of coastal defense history in China has been built.

Since the Tang Dynasty, Chaoshan land has become a maritime business gateway by virtue of its geographical advantages. Since the Ming Dynasty, Nan'ao general headquarters is the only island general headquarters in China, which has far-reaching significance for the development of cooperation with Taiwan.

history

In 1576, it was built by Yan Jifang, the Deputy General of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, facing north and south. From the fourth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty to the third year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty (1911), 173 Deputy commanders and commanders successively took over the coastal defense affairs of eastern Guangdong, Southern Fujian and Taiwan Pengzhou. The first exhibition hall of coastal defense history in China has been built on the former site of the headquarters, and construction has started to repair the headquarters.

Value significance

Since the Ming Dynasty, Nan'ao Island, located at the junction of Guangdong, Taiwan and Fujian provinces, is located between Shantou City and the main waterway of Hong Kong and Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is a necessary berth and transit station for trade along the southeast coast, and enjoys the reputation of "maritime exchange". Nan'ao County is the only island county in Guangdong Province, and Nan'ao general headquarters is not only the only island general headquarters in China, but also of far-reaching significance to the development of cooperation with Taiwan.

In front of the headquarters, there are two banyan trees, one on the left is "Zheng Chenggong recruiting tree". In 1662, Zheng Chenggong, a national hero, made a list under the tree to recruit troops to recover Taiwan. Today, Gu Rong is still vigorous and straight, with luxuriant branches and leaves for more than 400 years. The tree is 20 meters high, 13.5 meters around the trunk, and more than 30 meters in diameter. Its base is crisscrossed and rugged. Its flat part is like a warship riding the wind and waves, and its protruding part is like a command post standing on the ground, which makes viewers clap their hands.

Collection

At the same time, there are ink inscriptions of famous people in Ming and Qing Dynasty collected in the general military mansion, among which the most precious are the inscriptions of Hong Kong treaty and tax revenue, and there are two eight kilo and six kilo cannons made during the Opium War to resist Britain.
