Yinxianyan is a large cave in the thirty-six rocks of Wudang Mountain, which has a long reputation in the history of Chinese Taoism. According to historical records, Yin GUI, a famous alchemist of the Han Dynasty, practiced here. Yin Dao has a high position in the history of Taoism. It is said that Lao Tzu once gave him five thousand words of morality. It is said in historical books that Yin GUI was "not only good at writing and writing, but also good at refining gold and silver.".

Many high-ranking people practiced here, so yinxianyan was once famous, but there were only five stone halls in the cave.

There are two stone statues in the main hall of the five stone halls. One is called "sun Xingjun" and the other is called "Taiyin Xingjun". There are two lines of mysterious words behind the stone statues. Although there are self created dragon, Zhang and Phoenix characters in Taoist classics, how to read and what they represent are still unknown.

During the song and Yuan Dynasties, most of the people who came to Wudang Mountain to practice were hermits. When they were hermits, they "hated that the mountain was not high and the forest was not dense, so they were afraid that they would be famous.". Although they left many traces, there are few historical records. However, in another cave of Wudang Mountain, the Taoist of Wudang set up his own steles and carved statues, and passed down his name to the world.

Among these stone tablets, one is a record of his life and deeds written by Li Mingliang, a high Taoist of Wudang in the Yuan Dynasty, and the other is his own self portrait stone carving. Wudang Taoist carved the self portrait on the stone. This is the first one found in Wudang Mountain. It is very precious.
