Huajiang Grand Canyon

Huajiang Grand Canyon is located in the southwest of Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County, Guizhou Province. The central scenic spot is 3 kilometers away from Huajiang Town, 18 kilometers away from the county seat, and 40 kilometers away from Huangguoshu scenic spot. Huajiang Grand Canyon is a provincial scenic spot in Guizhou Province. It is being declared as a national scenic spot, and is the longest Canyon in China. The gorge is 100 km deep, 80 km long and 3 km wide, with a total area of 300 square kilometers.

Overview of scenic spots

On both sides of the canyon, the mountains and cliffs are crisscrossed. The peaks are like the sea.

The flowing Huajiang river at the bottom of the valley is full of surging water, rolling waves and thundering sounds. On the precipice, vines climb and ancient trees grow in clusters.

Main scenic spots

Huajiang Grand Canyon Scenic spot can be divided into 5 scenic spots, 50 natural scenic spots, 12 cultural scenic spots and 9 ethnic villages.

Sanjiangkou scenic spot: there are two scenic spots, nine scenery landscapes, distributed along the river, with river valley waterscape, Qifeng cliff, Qishi group, etc.

The whole scenic spot is inaccessible, maintaining the original charm of the landscape.

Shanggua scenic spot: shanggua scenic spot is located along the river from Panjiang bridge to jiupan. There are 2 scenic spots and 12 scenic spots on both sides of the gorge, with cliffs, monkeys and wild goats.

There are mainly: Guyi Road, 99 turns, hongbanbi, baimayan cliff, luomang Buyi village, Hutiaoxia, Zhufu beach, etc.

Xiagua scenic spot: xiaguabuyi ancient village is the center of xiagua scenic spot, up to jiupan and down to Hanyuan cave. It is a scenic spot with natural scenery, cultural relics, nationalities and customs.

The landscape and vegetation are well preserved, giving off the original charm of returning to nature everywhere.

There are: xiaguabuyi village, mamayan murals, ancient castles, ancient manor sites, natural bathing sound of naked female River, xiagua Waterfall (mamayan waterfall), Hanyuan cave and murals, Jianshan gorge, reed and grass flower island, luohaitang and other attractions.

Baling River Gorge: it is located between guansuoling and shaijia mountain in the east of the county, with high mountains and deep valleys. At the bottom of the gorge is the Baling River, which is like a winding ribbon. It is connected with dishuitan waterfall on the top and joins Dabang river at langgong.

4-6 kilometers away from Huangguoshu waterfall, Guihuang high-grade highway longitudinally crosses the scenic spot, connects with Tianlang tourist highway, and forms a ring with Huangguoshu scenic spot.

There are multi-ethnic villages on both sides of the Strait, bamboo and wood sandwiched banks, ancient bridges crossing the river, and cultural relics along the banks can be found everywhere.

There are "Hongya Tianshu" on shaijia mountain, and "guyidao", "yushulou", "Shuangquan Temple", "mapaojing, daobajing" on guansuoling mountain. Guansuoling mountain is known as "Dian Qian Suoyue" in history.

The geographical location is superior, the transportation is convenient, the scenic spots are concentrated, and it is easy to visit one after another.

Bridge scenery (Valley scenery of bumudang River): 4 km north of the county, bumudang River Valley is next to dishuitan waterfall, with undulating mountains and contiguous fields on both sides; willows are reflected along the bank, Buyi village is hidden in the forest, roads are along the river, and small bridges cross the water.

It shows the simple and quiet rural scenery and mountain scenery, with strong ethnic customs and deep rural flavor.
