TaiHe Art Gallery

Taihe art space was founded in June 2009 by Jia Tingfeng, a famous domestic art broker and editor in chief of art collection magazine. It is located in the center of No.2 courtyard of 798 Art District. It is an art institution dedicated to the construction of a Chinese contemporary art value judgment system and the development of original artists and their works.

In the early 1950s, the space was reconstructed from a Bauhaus style bent long-span factory building aided by the Soviet Union and designed and built by East Germany. The green plants lined the whole building, which was unique in charm. The space is decorated with Chinese red and gray, showing the spirit of Chinese contemporary art.

The space includes exhibition space, library, art coffee and book bar, gallery, art derivatives store, etc.
