Dafenggang Zoo

Dafenggang zoo, a national AAA scenic spot, is located in the core area of Dafenggang City, east of Qingdao Port Road. It is built on the West Bank of the beautiful Riyue lake, covering an area of 500 mu, with a total investment of 40 million yuan. The park officially opened on November 1, 2012. It has built giant panda Park, wubangsi Milu Park, beast tribe, animal arena, intelligent bird performance stage, horse racing field, African herbivore area, animal park, animal park and so on Crawling Museum and other boutique attractions. There are more than 300 species of birds and animals in the park, more than 6000 of them. There are more than 10 kinds of national first-class protected animals, such as giant panda, elk, Red Crowned Crane, Siberian tiger, flamingo, white crane, brown eared pheasant, red bellied pheasant, Green Peacock, and more than 10 kinds of foreign rare wild species, such as black swan, South American Macaw, African rhinoceros, zebra, African lion.

Dafenggang zoo is located in the east of Qingdao Port Road in Dafenggang Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 500 mu. It is expanded from the south to the north of the Red Crowned Crane rare bird park.

Basic introduction

Yancheng Dafenggang zoo is located on the east side of Qingdao Port Road in Dafenggang economic development zone. It is built near Riyue lake. The zoo is mainly divided into three areas: Elk Park in the north, mainly including elk and other herbivores; rare bird park in the middle, mainly focusing on various rare birds; giant panda Park, tiger lion, bear and leopard Museum, animal performance field and parent-child animal area in the south. There are more than 300 species and more than 6000 rare birds in the park. There are more than 10 kinds of national first-class protected animals, such as elk, Red Crowned Crane and Siberian tiger. There are more than 10 kinds of world-class rare wild animals, such as French Black Swan and South American Macaw.

Most of the animal exhibition areas in Dafenggang zoo of Yancheng are built according to the animal habits, creating a good living environment with different characteristics indoor, outdoor and in different seasons to meet the different living requirements of animals. For example, 200000 bamboo groves planted in the giant panda park have grown up, and many rockeries have been set up in Huaguo Mountain to let the monkeys chase and play.

The king of beasts palace is located in the southwest corner of the zoo, covering an area of about 3000 square meters. It is divided into six enclosures, where the Amur tiger, the lion, the white tiger, the black bear, the brown bear and the leopard live respectively. Across the road from the king of beasts palace is the animal Olympic stage. The entire performance area covers an area of about 500 square meters and can accommodate more than 200 people to watch the performance at the same time. Here, tigers, lions, bears and other large animals from the king of beasts palace will perform on the stage to show their "artist" style; there are also interesting monkey weightlifting, monkey riding sheep, pig race, bear climbing pole, and dozens of large-scale combination performances of animals.

To pay homage to the traitor, Yancheng Municipal Bureau of culture, broadcasting and tourism issued a proposal to all medical workers in the city to visit the scenic spots free of admission.

Preferential treatment target: all medical workers in the whole country (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) should go to the ticket offices of tourist attractions in Yancheng City for admission free with valid certificates (doctor's certificate, nurse's certificate or medical work related qualification certificate). Medical workers can make an appointment with the scenic spot in advance.

Preferential treatment time: from the date when the epidemic is over and the scenic spots resume operation to December 31, 2020.
